This extremely rare bird was photographed at Gigrin Farm, April 5th, 2007.A rare leucistic Red Kite This kite is a rare colour variation, and has survived probably because of the Red Kite feeding station here at Gigrin Farm.Although mainly white, this kite has blue eyes and some darker colouration in its plumage. It is not an albino, which would be completely white with pink eyes. |

All these Osprey were taken in Scotland near Loch Awe, June 2007. We saw one nest and upto four different Osprey flying overhead.We came across these birds by accident and they were all photographed from a safe distance as not to disturb the birds.Exact location can't be disclosed. |
