Great Skua

I went to Connahs Quay nature reserve on the 10-10-26, the reserve had been shut for maintenance work for nearly 6 weeks, so I was very eager to get back and do some wildlife photography. Later in the afternoon at approx3.30pm, a Great Skua came flying over, not very fast, just admiring the view of the estuary heading out to sea. I managed to get some shots of the Skua, but it had started to go to my left as I was leaving the reserve at the time and only just managed to get my camera out of my bag to get the shots. Great sighting and I very much doubt I will see another along the Dee Estuary any time soon.
